Terms and Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the K-19 Application, membership, training sessions,
and participation in K-19 activities. By creating an account, using the Application, booking a training
session, purchasing or renewing a membership, or participating in any K-19 activity, you
acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Memberships
K-19 offers membership plans with different durations and numbers of training sessions. Available plans
may include one (1), three (3), six (6), or twelve (12) months, or any other plans made available through
the Application. A membership includes the number of training sessions specified in the selected plan and
is subject to the applicable membership terms and conditions.
Membership Renewal & Extension
Members may renew or extend their membership through the Application at any time, subject to the
available plans. A member may purchase an additional membership plan even if their current membership
is still active.
If a new plan is purchased before the current membership expires or before all sessions included in the
current membership have been used, the new membership will be added to the existing membership. For
example, if a member has a one-month membership and purchases a three-month membership before the
current membership ends, the three-month period will be added to the remaining membership period, and
the sessions included in the new plan will be added to the member's available sessions.
If the current membership period has ended, or all sessions included in the current membership have been
used, the member may purchase a new membership plan through the Application.
Membership plans, prices, session limits, and availability are subject to the plans offered by K-19 at the
time of purchase.
2. Training Session Booking & Cancellation
Members may book available training sessions through the Application using their available session
credits.
Cancellation
A member may cancel a booked training session up to two (2) hours before the scheduled start time. If the
member cancels at least two (2) hours before the session:
• The session credit will be returned to the member's account.
• The session will be added back to the member's remaining sessions.
• The member may use the returned session credit to book another available session.• No points will be awarded for the cancelled session.
Late Cancellation & No-Show
Once the remaining time before the scheduled session is less than two (2) hours, the booking can no
longer be cancelled. If a member cancels within the two-hour period or fails to attend a booked session:
• The session credit will not be returned.
• The session will be considered used and deducted from the member's remaining sessions.
• The member will not receive the points associated with completing and attending that session.
• The session credit cannot be restored, transferred, or replaced.
• No exceptions will be made to this policy.
3. Payments & Membership Activation
K-19 accepts payments through the payment methods made available in the Application, including Cash
and InstaPay.
Cash Payment
Members may pay in cash at their next scheduled training session, provided that the required booking or
payment request has already been made through the Application. The member's account and membership
will be activated once the cash payment has been received and confirmed by K-19. Once activated, the
member will receive any applicable points in accordance with the Points System.
InstaPay Payment
must:
Members may pay through InstaPay using the payment details provided in the Application. The member
• Transfer the required amount using the InstaPay QR code or payment link displayed in the Application.
• Enter the InstaPay transaction reference number in the Application.
• Wait for K-19 to review and verify the payment.
The account and/or membership will normally be activated or confirmed within 24 hours after valid
payment proof has been submitted and the payment has been successfully verified.
Same-Day Training Session (not currently available in the Application)
If a member completes an InstaPay payment and has a training session scheduled for the same day, they
may attend the scheduled session while the payment is being verified. The member must show their proof
of payment to K-19 staff upon arrival. K-19 may verify the payment at the training location and activate or
confirm the account and membership at that time, provided that the payment is successfully verified.
Submitting proof of payment does not by itself guarantee activation. The payment must be successfully
received and verified by K-19.
4. Points & Rewards System
K-19 operates a points-based rewards system through the Application.
Earning PointsMembers may earn points through the following activities:
• Completing the Sign-Up Survey: 50 points
• Booking and Attending a Training Session: 200 points
• Referring a Friend: 400 points
• Membership Renewal: 100 points (not currently available)
Training session points are awarded only when the member actually attends the booked session. Referral
points are awarded only when the referred person successfully books at least one training session through
the Application. Membership renewal points are not currently awarded — this bonus is planned but not yet
available in the Application. All eligible activities must be completed through the official Application unless
otherwise specified by K-19.
Points Expiration
Each point has an individual expiration period of one (1) year from the date it was awarded. For example,
points awarded on August 12, 2026 will expire on August 12, 2027. Points awarded on any other date will
have their own separate one-year expiration date. Expired points cannot be restored, transferred,
exchanged for cash, or otherwise compensated.
Points Misuse & Manipulation
K-19 reserves the right to review, adjust, suspend, or remove points if it reasonably believes that a
member has:
• Manipulated or attempted to manipulate the points system;
• Used fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized methods to earn points;
• Created or used accounts for the purpose of improperly obtaining points;
• Exploited a technical issue, error, or loophole in the Application;
• Engaged in any activity intended to unfairly obtain or increase points.
Any points obtained through such activity may be cancelled or deducted. Serious or repeated abuse of the
points system may also result in suspension or termination of the member's account.
5. Respectful Conduct & Community Rules
K-19 is built around teamwork, sportsmanship, respect, and a positive environment. All members are

harassment, discrimination, or other serious violations, may result in immediate suspension or termination
without requiring prior warnings.

• The member may be permanently prohibited from participating in K-19 activities.
• Any unused points will be cancelled.
• Any remaining membership period and unused sessions will be cancelled.
• Membership fees, payments, or other amounts previously paid to K-19 will not be refunded.
K-19 reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account immediately, without following the warning
process, in cases involving serious misconduct, fraud, abuse, threats, violence, illegal activity, or conduct
that may seriously harm K-19, its members, staff, or community.
7. Announcements, Updates & Notifications
K-19 may use the Application to communicate important information, announcements, and updates to
members. This may include:
• Training session cancellations or changes.

displayed in the Announcement Bar within the Application. Members are responsible for regularly checking
the Application and are strongly encouraged to keep notifications enabled so they can receive important
updates in a timely manner.
K-19 is not responsible for a member missing an announcement or update because notifications were
disabled, the Application was not checked regularly, or the member otherwise failed to review information
made available through the Application. Members should check the Application before attending a
scheduled training session, particularly when they receive a notification regarding a change or update.
8. Personal Belongings & Liability
Members are responsible for their own personal belongings and valuables while attending training
sessions, matches, events, or any other K-19 activity or training location. K-19 is not responsible for any
loss, theft, damage, or disappearance of a member's personal belongings, including but not limited to
mobile phones, wallets, watches, bags, clothing, footwear, or other personal items.
Members are responsible for keeping their belongings secure and are advised not to bring valuable or
unnecessary items to training sessions. K-19 is also not responsible for loss or damage resulting from a
member's failure to follow Academy rules, instructions, safety guidelines, or reasonable directions given by
coaches or staff.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any responsibility that cannot legally be
excluded or limited under applicable law.
9. General Terms
By using the K-19 Application or participating in K-19 activities, you agree to comply with these Terms &
Conditions and any reasonable rules or instructions communicated by K-19.
K-19 reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Updated
terms will be made available through the Application. Continued use of the Application or participation in
K-19 activities after updated Terms & Conditions become available constitutes acceptance of the revised
terms.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law,
the remaining provisions will continue to apply. These Terms & Conditions are subject to applicable laws
and regulations.
